DESCRIPTION

Flusso di base alluminato agglomerato adatto alla saldatura congiunta di acciai strutturali bassolegati (Y.S. fino a 420 MPa), acciai per tubi, acciai per caldaie e acciai a grana fine con Y.S. < 420 MPa. A typical feature of this flux is the detachability of slag, even in narrow groove welds of thick-walled sections.

DESCRIPTION

Agglomerated fluoride-basic flux with a high degree of basicity and low levels of impurities such as Sulphur and Phosphorus. hanks to obtaining weld deposits with low oxygen values, uniform mechanical properties with high toughness values at low temperatures down to -60 °C are achieved. Due to the almost neutral reactions of the slag, the chemical analysis can be fully controlled with an appropriate selection of the welding rod. SID FL A AF is suitable for both AC and DC welding in single- and multi-wire processes, as well as for butt and fillet welding.
